Job Title Customer Success Manager

Salary - Upto 15K

Duration 12 months extendable

Work Location Dubai

Mandatory Experience from Telecom industry is mandatory, Upselling and customer retention experience is required.

ROLE OBJECTIVE

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for driving customer retention, adoption, growth, and value realization across a defined portfolio of enterprise customers. The role ensures customers successfully onboard, adopt solutions, renew contracts, and expand usage through data-led insights and proactive engagement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage post-sale onboarding in coordination with sales and delivery teams
  • Drive solution adoption aligned to customer use cases
  • Own renewals and proactively manage churn risks
  • Act as first line of defence for customer retention and support save motions
  • Identify evolve, migration, modernization, and upgrade opportunities using utilization data
  • Lead introduction of new products and CVM campaigns
  • Monitor customer health, usage, engagement, and financial indicators
  • Maintain accurate account reporting and performance tracking
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Product, and Operations teams
