You will be essential in recruiting top talent and contributing to our company's growth in Cairo, Egypt

What you'll do:

  • Follow company SOPs to provide high-quality consultation and support services.
  • Monitor and evaluate teaching quality, offer constructive feedback, and support continuous improvement to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Support students learning progress by providing timely solutions and proactively optimizing their learning experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, offering personalized learning plans and suggestions.
  • Improve customer satisfaction and encourage referrals through outstanding service.
  • Track and analyze students learning results, propose improvement plans, and help increase both effectiveness and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or any related field.
  • Able to communicate in English, B1 or above is required.
  • Enthusiastic about providing high-quality service and looking to develop a long-term career in the education industry
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a cheerful and open personality.

Additional Information

Location: On-site, Maadi, Cairo, Egypt

Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 12:00 PM 9:00 PM with a 1-hour break; Saturday, 12:00 PM 4:00 PM (Egypt Time)
