The Role

We're looking for a proactive Customer Success Specialist to own and manage a portfolio of restaurant clients.

This is not a customer service, call-center, or technical-support role.

You will be responsible for keeping your accounts on track, reviewing their performance and ROI, executing growth actions, managing revenue-recovery cases, and ensuring agreed actions are completed.

This role is particularly relevant if you have previously managed restaurant partners or accounts at a food-delivery platform, restaurant-technology company, or multi-branch restaurant group.

What You'll Own

  • Own the day-to-day relationship and results for an assigned portfolio of restaurant clients
  • Understand each restaurant's performance, operational issues, and growth priorities
  • Review sales, orders, revenue recovery, ads and offers campaigns, operational performance, and ROI
  • Prepare clear account plans and practical recommendations based on the data
  • Lead regular client reviews and follow up until agreed actions are completed
  • Execute approved growth and revenue recovery actions, including disputes, campaigns and offers, based on the Customer Success Lead's recommendations
  • Identify performance gaps, account risks, and growth opportunities early
  • Maintain clear account updates, priorities, and next steps
  • Attend client meetings and restaurant visits when required

Who We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Restaurant Partnerships, Vendor Operations, Commercial Operations, or a similar role
  • Saudi nationals currently based in Riyadh are strongly preferred
  • Previous experience with HungerStation, Jahez, Keeta, TheChefz, Talabat, or another food-delivery or restaurant-technology company is highly preferred
  • Strong Arabic communication and good professional English
  • Comfortable working with performance reports, spreadsheets, commercial metrics, and ROI
  • Strong ownership, responsiveness, organization, and follow-through
  • Able to manage several restaurant accounts and workflows simultaneously
  • Comfortable meeting restaurant owners and operations teams
  • Available to work full-time from Ballurh's Riyadh office

This role is not designed for candidates whose experience is limited to inbound customer service or call-center support.
