As a Customer Success Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring client satisfaction by helping them find the right maid for their specific needs. Your expertise in shortlisting candidates and communicating effectively with clients will be key in retaining customers and preventing cancellations.
What Youll Do:
Assist clients by finding suitable maid candidates based on their requirements.
Conduct face-to-face interviews with maids to help match them with the perfect client.
Use strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities to reassure clients and provide tailored recommendations.
Offer guidance and advice to help clients make informed decisions while maintaining service quality.
Ability to work 6 days a week.
