Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Support Agent that will be representing the company with our current and potential clients
- Respond the inbound calls and outbound calls on time
- Handle users requirements on the spot
- Follow call center scripts when handling different topics.
- Solve customer issues, complaints, inquiries and clarify information needed.
- Update users with the new features and products
- keep customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior
- Handle and close all sorts of end users tickets within the set SLA
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Ability to multitask, set priorities and time management.
- Familiar with CRM systems and practices
- Previous experience in customer support role.
- Proven track of record of target achievement
