iSchool, an innovative EdTech platform dedicated to providing coding and artificial intelligence lessons to students aged 6 to 18, is excited to offer an opportunity for a Customer Service Intern to join our vibrant team. This internship is designed for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in customer service while supporting our team's daily operations.

As a Customer Service Intern, you will assist with various customer-facing functions, including handling inquiries, supporting students and parents, and ensuring a seamless experience for all our users. This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates looking to build their communication and service skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat support in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist customers with onboarding, registration
  • Resolve technical issues related to our e-learning platform
  • Communicate with parents about the progress of their students
  • Collaborate with the other departments to improve customer service
  • Document and track customer interactions and report any issues to the appropriate teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field is a must
  • Strong desire to learn and develop skills in customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills; knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A positive attitude, patience, and eagerness to contribute to the team
