As a Customer Service Intern, you will assist with various customer-facing functions, including handling inquiries, supporting students and parents, and ensuring a seamless experience for all our users. Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat support in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with onboarding, registration
- Resolve technical issues related to our e-learning platform
- Communicate with parents about the progress of their students
- Collaborate with the other departments to improve customer service
- Document and track customer interactions and report any issues to the appropriate teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field is a must
- Strong desire to learn and develop skills in customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills; knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
