We currently have openings for a Customer Service Representative role to support a UK-based business. The role mainly involves handling inbound and outbound calls from UK-based clients, along with general administrative and customer service tasks.

Location: Omni Group, M2 Floor, Burj Nahar Mall, Al Muteena

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday - 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM

Friday - 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM

(to align with UK working hours)

Salary: AED 2,800 per month, increasing to AED 3,000 after a

successful three-month trial period.

Fluency in English is essential, as the role involves direct communication with UK clients over calls and emails.
