Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Customer Support Specialist to join our team on-site in Cairo. In this role, you will handle daily customer interactions, resolve inquiries, and provide technical support related to the elmenus platform. You will prioritize providing an excellent customer experience by addressing customer concerns promptly and effectively. Additionally, you will analyze customer feedback to identify trends and recommend ways to optimize the user experience. Collaboration with other teams, such as operations and product development, is an essential part of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills to address customer needs and ensure a high-quality experience
• Proficient Interpersonal Skills for effective communication and relationship-building with diverse customers
• Experience in Technical Support to troubleshoot platform issues and provide guidance to users
• Analytical Skills to assess customer feedback and propose actionable solutions
• Proficiency in time management and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in customer service or a related field is a plus
• Fluency in both Arabic and English
