Role Description
We are looking for a full-time Customer Support Specialist to join our team on-site in Cairo. In this role, you will handle daily customer interactions, resolve inquiries, and provide technical support related to the elmenus platform. You will prioritize providing an excellent customer experience by addressing customer concerns promptly and effectively. Additionally, you will analyze customer feedback to identify trends and recommend ways to optimize the user experience. Collaboration with other teams, such as operations and product development, is an essential part of this role.
