Job description :
Contalents, a leading outsourcing company, is seeking a highly organized and proficient Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This position will focus on managing data-related tasks for a logistics project, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication with international clients.
Responsibilities:
Manage Incoming And Outgoing Logistics Documents.
Report Directly To The Project Manager And Collaborate With Team Members To Improve Workflow And Procedures.
Provide Support And Coordination With The Internal Team.
Handle And Process Data Accurately And Efficiently.
Coordinate Effectively With International Clients And Their Suppliers.
Ensure Compliance With All Project Requirements And Data Integrity.
Requirements:
English Proficiency Level B2 Or Higher (Spoken And Written)
Strong Organizational And Multitasking Skills.
Proficiency In MS Office And Data Management Software.
Previous Experience In Logistics Or Operations Is Preferred.
Ability To Work Remotely And Join Virtual Meetings As Required.
Strong Commitment To Work And Company Policies
Serious, Responsible, And Genuinely In Need Of A Stable Job
Must Be Based In Cairo, Egypt
