Qualifications
  • Strong customer-facing capabilities, including Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills, including active listening, clear verbal communication, and the ability to build rapport over the phone.
  • Basic Technical Support abilities, with comfort using CRM systems, call-center tools, and troubleshooting common customer issues.
  • Solid Analytical Skills to interpret customer feedback, recognize patterns, and suggest practical solutions or process improvements.
  • Previous experience in call centers, BPO, or customer service environments is preferred.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English
