Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team in New Cairo. This is a full-time, on-site role where the specialist will handle customer queries, resolve issues, and ensure a superior customer experience. Responsibilities include providing technical support, analyzing customer needs, addressing concerns effectively, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Support with a focus on ensuring high levels of Customer Satisfaction.
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills to build rapport and effectively communicate with clients.
  • Proficiency in Technical Support-related tasks, including troubleshooting and problem resolution.
  • Strong Analytical Skills to understand and address customer issues systematically.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Relevant certifications or training in customer service or technical support are an advantage.
