Customer Support Specialist (Mandarin Speaker)

As part of our continued global expansion, we are looking for a Customer Support Specialist (Mandarin Speaker) to join our Dubai office. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with excellent communication skills who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support via Live Chat, Email, and Phone in both Mandarin and English.
  • Assist clients with account opening, KYC verification, deposits, withdrawals, and general account-related inquiries.
  • Support clients with MT4 and MT5 platform-related questions and basic troubleshooting.
  • Liaise with the Sales, Compliance, Payments, and Dealing teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of client requests.
  • Maintain accurate client records and interactions within the company's CRM system.
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Escalate complex client issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through professional, timely, and solution-oriented communication.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall client experience.

Requirements

  • Must be fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Up to 1–2 years of experience in Customer Support, Financial Services, Forex, FinTech, Banking, or a related field is considered an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal abilities.
  • Customer-focused with a proactive attitude and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
