As part of our continued global expansion, we are looking for a Customer Support Specialist (Mandarin Speaker) to join our Dubai office. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with excellent communication skills who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via Live Chat, Email, and Phone in both Mandarin and English.
- Assist clients with account opening, KYC verification, deposits, withdrawals, and general account-related inquiries.
- Support clients with MT4 and MT5 platform-related questions and basic troubleshooting.
- Liaise with the Sales, Compliance, Payments, and Dealing teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of client requests.
- Maintain accurate client records and interactions within the company's CRM system.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Escalate complex client issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through professional, timely, and solution-oriented communication.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall client experience.
Requirements
- Must be fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Up to 1–2 years of experience in Customer Support, Financial Services, Forex, FinTech, Banking, or a related field is considered an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal abilities.
- Customer-focused with a proactive attitude and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
