Role Summary
Responsible for supporting Retail Stores by designing and executing product customization in an innovative and creative manner to maximize customer experience and satisfaction.
Core Responsibilities
Understands creative and customer needs and determines presentation of illustrative designs
Reviews existing ideas and concepts, revising and modifying them per customer requirements
Conceptualizes, creates, and delivers digital graphics for printing on products
Customizes and produces designs for printing on purchased products (e.g. jerseys, running shoes, t-shirts) per customer requirements
Maintains an archive of logos, photos, design templates, and previous work for future use
Identifies consumer preferences and trends and translates them into relevant styles and products
Operates printing equipment and demonstrates proficiency with customization and design software
Researches and stays current on design trends, equipment/software developments, and customer preferences
Requirements
High School Diploma
0-3 years of relevant experience
Strong design skills with creative flair, originality, and graphic design flexibility
Knowledge of graphic production processes for print
Commercial and IT awareness
Diploma
