Speedaf Is Hiring Senior Customs Declarant/ Customs Declarant Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

-Prepare, review, and submit customs declarations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.-Handle HS Classification, Customs Valuation, Country of Origin, duties, and taxes.-Review commercial and shipping documents, including Invoices, Packing Lists, COO, AWB/BL, and permits.-Manage NAFEZA and ACI/ACID procedures, including document submission and shipment tracking.-Handle customs inspections, valuation issues, amendments, disputes, and shipment release.-Identify discrepancies and high-risk cases and escalate when necessary.-Review team members work and maintain accurate customs records and references.-Support and guide junior team members on customs procedures and documentation.

Requirements

:-5+ years of customs clearance experience in Egypt, preferably in B2B import clearance.-Experience with air and/or sea freight.-Strong knowledge of customs classification, valuation, origin, duties/taxes, and import regulations.-Valid customs clearance license/authorization for third-party B2B clearance.-Proficient in NAFEZA, ACI/ACID, and electronic customs systems.-Fluent in Arabic with good working English.-Strong skills in Excel, PDF, electronic filing, and document control.-Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in customs and shipping documents.-Able to work independently and handle sensitive/high-risk customs cases appropriately.
