  • Analyze tariffs and market access policies to formulate optimal clearance plans and reduce overall costs.
  • Drive key customs projects by controlling progress, ensuring implementation, and conducting performance reviews.
  • Develop a robust customs risk control system to proactively identify policy risks and prevent compliance issues.
  • Logistics Operations
  • Oversee overseas warehouse management, strictly implementing FIFO principles to ensure inventory accuracy and balance.
  • Formulate local transportation plans; develop, negotiate with, and monitor logistics suppliers throughout the entire transportation process.
  • Integrate local logistics resources and coordinate with external service providers to guarantee link stability.
  • Establish and track logistics KPIs, continuously optimizing timeliness, safety, and costs to achieve efficiency improvements.
  • Provide professional guidance on business processes to enhance the overall operational efficiency of local logistics and customs activities.
  • On-site Coordination
  • Act as the primary liaison with domestic headquarters, synchronizing data, tracking progress, and handling exceptions to ensure seamless internal and external coordination.
  • Execute the full customs clearance process including documentation, declaration, inspection, and tax/fee payments.
  • Support the optimization of KD assembly and vehicle distribution logistics, adapting to the evolving needs of overseas factory construction and sales.
  • Complete other overseas logistics, customs clearance, and supply chain tasks as assigned.
  • Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or above in International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, English, or related fields.
    • Fluent English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a strong plus.
    • Extensive expertise in cross-border automotive logistics, with deep knowledge of CBU export processes and overseas import clearance practices.
    • Mastery of international trade terminology (Incoterms), customs declaration processes, HS code classification, and tariff/tax planning.
    • Ability to independently handle complex clearance issues.
    • Familiarity with customs clearance policies, local logistics market conditions, and localized supply chain operation models in core Middle East and Africa markets.
    • Strong capabilities in overseas warehouse management, trunk transportation, and resource integration, with the ability to independently customize and implement logistics solutions.
    • Proficient in logistics cost calculation, performance control, and supply chain risk identification/prevention.

    Required Skills

    • 3+ years of practical experience in international logistics and cross-border customs affairs within the automotive industry.
    • Overseas on-site experience is highly preferred.
    • Prior experience in automotive overseas projects, complete vehicle exports, or logistics/clearance for overseas factory setup is a significant advantage.
    • Experience in coordinating with overseas local teams and third-party logistics (3PL) service providers is preferred.

    Preferred Skills

    • Willingness to work long-term in Saudi Arabia and adapt to an expatriate lifestyle.
    • Meticulous mindset with strong on-site adaptability; capable of efficiently resolving customs bottlenecks and logistics emergencies.
    • Strict adherence to compliance standards, strong cost-control awareness, high execution capability, and excellent stress resistance.
    • Alignment with the company's overseas development strategy, possessing a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to independently coordinate full-process on-site operations.
