Customs Operation Specialist

About the Job:

The Customs Operation Specialist will manage customs documentation, declarations, broker coordination, inspections, shipment release, and related reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and validate customs and shipping documents before arrival.

• Coordinate declarations, permits, inspections, duty payments, and shipment release.

• Follow up with customs brokers and relevant authorities to resolve issues and avoid delays.

• Track clearance costs, shipment status, records, and customs KPIs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in customs operations, clearance, import/export, or freight forwarding.

• Knowledge of Egyptian customs procedures, Nafeza/MTS, ACID, CargoX, HS codes, shipping documents, Excel, and SAP/ERP.

• Professional command of English and Arabic.

• Automotive or manufacturing experience is preferred.
