Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Executive to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting sales operations, managing customer interactions, and ensuring smooth order processing and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and register customer LPOs to support efficient sales execution
  • Generate timely sales orders using Oracle to avoid delivery delays
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints to ensure high satisfaction levels
  • Monitor stock levels and share accurate reports with management
  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure on-time deliveries
  • Support internal stakeholders and principals with reports and data
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone and ensure prompt responses
  • Assist the field force team with orders, reporting, and sales support
  • Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree (Finance or Accounting field preferred)
    • Minimum 1 year of experience
