Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Cutting & Punching Supervisor role located in the Industrial Area. The responsibility of the Cutting & Punching Supervisor includes overseeing daily cutting, punching, and notching operations. The role involves ensuring production targets are met, maintaining quality standards, managing a team of operators, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols in the workshop. Additionally, the supervisor will coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and resolve any operational issues.

Qualifications

• Technical expertise in cutting, punching, notching, and related aluminum fabrication processes
• Skills in team leadership, workflow organization, and operational supervision
• Proficiency in quality control techniques to maintain high production standards
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience supervising manufacturing or metal fabrication processes
• Familiarity with safety standards and workplace regulations
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in engineering or related fields is an advantage
