Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Cutting Master and Patron Maker. The role involves designing and cutting patterns for customized uniforms tailored to fit the needs and measurements of various clients. Responsibilities include understanding customer specifications, working with a variety of fabrics, ensuring accuracy and precision in measurements and cuts, supervising fabric cutting, and collaborating with the production team to achieve high-quality results. Timely delivery of projects and adherence to design and quality benchmarks will be key.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in pattern designing, cutting, and garment construction techniques.
• Experience working with diverse fabrics and material qualities, including creating custom designs to specific requirements.
• Ability to accurately measure, cut, and tailor garments for different body sizes and fit preferences (slim fit, regular fit, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to ensuring perfect fitting and quality standards.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with clients and production teams.
• Experience in the uniform manufacturing industry or tailoring of similar garments is an advantage.
• Proficiency in utilizing professional cutting and sewing equipment.
