Job Description

Job Purpose:

The Senior Cybersecurity Consultant / Security Architect leads the strategic design, implementation, and management of enterprise-grade cybersecurity solutions and frameworks. This role is responsible for safeguarding client organizations against emerging cyber threats, establishing robust Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) frameworks, and designing scalable security architectures. The ideal candidate acts as a trusted advisor, aligning technical security controls with corporate business objectives and regulatory mandates.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Security Advisory & Awareness

  • Strategic Advisory: Guide clients on cybersecurity best practices, emerging threat landscapes, and global industry standards.
  • Training & Education: Deliver high-impact cybersecurity awareness training programs and educational campaigns for client organizations.
  • Continuous Research: Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity technologies, threat intelligence trends, and global regulatory changes.

2. Security Architecture & Implementation

  • Enterprise Architecture Design: Lead the design and review of comprehensive, secure architectural blueprints across enterprise IT environments.
  • Policy & Control Enforcement: Define enterprise security policies and implement advanced security technologies to protect critical assets.
  • Vulnerability Management: Develop and deploy security solutions while collaborating with IT teams to remediate technical vulnerabilities.

3. Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)

  • Framework Design: Design, implement, and manage customized GRC frameworks tailored to specific IT infrastructures.
  • Risk Assessments: Conduct formal cyber risk assessments and help clients develop mitigation strategies to improve their overall security posture.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to regional and international standards, delivering actionable blueprints to resolve compliance gaps.

4. Incident Response & Project Management

  • Incident Preparedness: Assist in drafting, deploying, and validating comprehensive incident response plans and actionable execution playbooks.
  • End-to-End Project Leadership: Manage complex cybersecurity projects from inception to completion, directing cross-functional teams, timelines, and budgets.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate closely with business leaders to guarantee that technical security solutions support core business initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
