We are seeking an executive-level risk leader to design, scale, and govern an enterprise-wide information and cybersecurity risk framework. This leadership position will drive first-line risk ownership, lead governance forums, and deliver board-level risk reporting for a premier global organization based in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and continuously evolve a principles-based risk management framework aligned with overall enterprise strategy.
- Shift organizational culture from qualitative assessments to advanced quantitative modeling (e.g., probabilistic techniques, loss simulation).
- Executive & Board Reporting: Lead cybersecurity risk committees and provide data-driven, strategic risk reporting to executive leadership.
- Direct risk prioritization across critical technology platforms, core business processes, third-party entities, and emerging tech (e.g., Agentic AI).
- Drive first-line risk ownership and lead target awareness initiatives to combat emerging threats and social engineering.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- Experience: 11+ years leading enterprise-wide cybersecurity and information risk programs within complex, global environments.
- CRISC, CISM, CISA or equivalent preferred.
- Deep expertise in quantitative risk analysis and frameworks; proven ability to communicate complex cyber risks to Board and VP-level executives; strong knowledge of global cybersecurity regulations.
- Experience in large, multi-entity corporate structures or highly regulated industries is preferred.
