Role Description The Cyber Security Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Al Khobar or Makkah, responsible for safeguarding PayLink's digital payment platforms and internal technology environment. This role oversees the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of security policies, procedures, and controls across applications, networks, and information systems. Daily activities include managing security monitoring and incident response, conducting regular risk and vulnerability assessments, and coordinating remediation efforts with technical teams. The Cyber Security Manager collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices, leads security awareness initiatives for employees, and prepares reports and metrics for senior leadership. The role also involves evaluating new security tools and technologies to strengthen the company's overall security posture.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Cybersecurity and Information Security skills, with experience designing and implementing security frameworks and policies.
  • Candidates should possess Network Security skills, including securing network infrastructure, managing firewalls, and monitoring for threats and anomalies.
  • Candidates should possess Application Security skills, including secure software development practices, code reviews, and protection of web and mobile applications.
  • Candidates should possess Vulnerability Assessment skills, including risk analysis, use of scanning tools, and coordination of remediation activities.
  • Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent are preferred.
  • Proven experience in managing security operations, incident response, and compliance in financial services or fintech environments.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Ability to lead security projects, mentor team members, and adapt to evolving security threats and regulatory requirements.
  • Should have more than 5 years in a license Saudi Entity
  • Saudi National
