Sapical Consulting Services is hiring an experienced Cybersecurity Presales / Solutions Architect with strong business development exposure for one of our prestigious clients in Saudi Arabia. This role is customer-facing and focuses on solution positioning, presales, and driving cybersecurity business growth in the KSA market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gain a deep understanding of customers business requirements and propose suitable cybersecurity solutions
- Prepare Technical Proposals, Bill of Materials (BOM), and solution documentation
- Present and position cybersecurity solutions through customer meetings, demos, trainings, and presentations
- Drive cybersecurity business numbers and pipeline growth within the KSA market
- Engage directly with customers and effectively position solutions
- Perform solution architecture using technologies such as:
- CyberArk
- Imperva
- Forcepoint
- Palo Alto
- Fortinet
- F5
- Other partner security solutions
- Identify and create new business opportunities in existing and new accounts in collaboration with sales teams
- Provide technical presales support for Tenders and RFPs, including compliance matrices and submissions
- Offer post-sales technical support for implemented security solutions
- Maintain strong relationships with Enterprise, Government, and Banking sector customers in KSA
- Manage and drive engagement with Customers, Vendors, Distributors, and OEMs
- Deliver technical training and solution updates to internal sales teams
- Possess hands-on implementation knowledge of security solutions
Required Qualifications:
- Education:
- B.E / B.Tech in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Information Systems
- OR Diploma in Electronics / Electrical with relevant industry experience
- Experience:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Information Security engagements within the KSA market
- Prior experience working in a Business Development / BDM capacity
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills
- Ability to work independently and drive solution-oriented discussions
- Arabic speaking skills will be a strong advantage
