Cyber Security Presales Team Leader

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the cybersecurity team and day-to-day security operations.
• Design, implement, and maintain cybersecurity solutions and security controls.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents, threats, and vulnerabilities.
• Conduct security assessments, risk assessments, and vulnerability management.
• Lead security projects and ensure successful implementation within agreed timelines.
• Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Work closely with IT, Network, Cloud, and Infrastructure teams to ensure a secure environment.
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and knowledge sharing to team members.
• Stay updated on emerging cybersecurity threats, technologies, and industry standards.
• Prepare security reports, KPIs, and recommendations for management.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Cybersecurity / Information Security.
• Strong knowledge of:

• Network & Infrastructure Security

• Firewalls, IDS/IPS and VPN

• SIEM & SOC operations

• Vulnerability Management

• Endpoint Security / EDR

• Incident Response

• Identity & Access Management

• Security Risk Assessment

• Experience leading or mentoring a technical cybersecurity team.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Preferred Certifications

• CISSP

• CISM

• CEH

• Security+

• Fortinet / Palo Alto / Cisco security certifications
