Responsibilities:
As a Security Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects, leveraging our global delivery capability, including methods, tools, training, and assets. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you are expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Expert proficiency in Distributed Delivery Model is required.
- Expert proficiency in Security Administration is recommended.
- Advanced proficiency in Security Strategy & Planning, Security Quality Assurance, and Security Delivery Governance is suggested.
- Develop and implement innovative security strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Facilitate training sessions to enhance team capabilities and knowledge in security services.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to quality standards and governance.
- Foster collaboration among diverse teams to drive successful project outcomes.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with security service delivery.
Qualification:
- Manager Level with min 15 years of experience
- Most experience in GRC, Network and Infrastructure security
- Must have System Integrator experience
- Preferably someone who has experience with Airlines, Transport, Tourism sector
