Job Description

Location: Clarke Quay (Hybrid)
Working Hours: Monday - Thursday (8:30am - 6:00pm), Friday (8:30am - 5:30pm)
Salary: Up to SGD 11,000 + AWS
Employment Type: Full-time contract (2 years renewable with chances of conversion)

We are seeking aPrincipal Security Architect to lead security architecture, threat modelling, and cyber risk assessments across cloud, hybrid, and AI-enabled environments. You will partner with engineering teams from the early design stage to ensure security is embedded into solution architecture and aligned with enterprise security standards.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct architecture-level threat modelling and cyber risk assessments for cloud and hybrid environments.
• Review application, infrastructure, and cloud solution designs to identify security risks and recommend appropriate controls.
• Provide security architecture guidance for cloud, hybrid, and AI-enabled systems throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain enterprise security architecture standards, frameworks, and governance.
• Partner with engineering teams to embed security into solution design from POC through implementation.
• Perform security reviews of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.) and recommend secure design improvements.
• Assess emerging technologies, including AI solutions, and establish appropriate security controls and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• At least 8 years of experience in Security Architecture, Cloud Security, Infrastructure Security, or Enterprise Security Architecture.
• Strong experience conducting threat modelling and architecture-level risk assessments using frameworks such as STRIDE or MITRE ATT&CK.
• Strong understanding of cloud security principles across AWS and/or Azure, including IAM, network security, and cloud-native security services.
• Experience reviewing application, infrastructure, and hybrid cloud architectures from a security perspective.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code technologies such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
