Cybersecurity Manager

Job Purpose:

The Cybersecurity Manager oversees cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance to protect information assets and ensure compliance with cybersecurity regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain cybersecurity governance aligned with NCA requirements.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity controls and regulatory mandates.
• Manage cybersecurity risk assessments and risk register.
• Develop cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures.
• Oversee incident response readiness and vulnerability management.
• Report cybersecurity posture and incidents to management.
• Lead cybersecurity awareness and training programs.

Skills:

• Strong cybersecurity governance and risk knowledge.
• Familiarity with NCA frameworks.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security or related field.
• 6–8 years of cybersecurity experience.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or ISO 27001 preferred.
