Cybersecurity Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Manager to lead and oversee the organization's cybersecurity strategy, protecting digital assets, sensitive data, and business operations while ensuring compliance with regulatory and security requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the cybersecurity strategy, roadmap, and governance framework.
• Identify and assess cybersecurity risks, vulnerabilities, and threats.
• Implement security controls across infrastructure, applications, and cloud environments.
• Oversee vulnerability management and remediation activities.
• Lead security incident response and forensic investigations.
• Manage IAM, access controls, and privileged access.
• Monitor SOC/SIEM alerts and security operations.
• Lead security awareness and training programs.
• Conduct third-party and vendor security assessments.
• Lead compliance initiatives, including NCA, ISO 27001, and PCI-DSS.
• Oversee penetration testing and security audits.
• Report cybersecurity posture and risk exposure to management.
