Cybersecurity, Manager - Mid & Junior Management

Main Purpose of Job

Manage team or project execution, promoting strategic and functional excellence. Cultivate an environment of continuous improvement, oversee team dynamics, and ensure successful delivery of departmental objectives and company-wide strategies.

Strategic Responsibility

  • Oversee team or project operations, aligning with departmental goals.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies and processes.
  • Manage and develop team members, fostering skill enhancement.
  • Collaborate with other managers to ensure cross-departmental alignment.
  • Monitor and report on project or team performance.

Functional Responsibility

  • Develop, implement, and maintain cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Ensure alignment with NCA, SDAIA, and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Conduct assessments to identify risks and develop corrective plans.
  • Report on cybersecurity status and plans to top management.
  • Respond to and investigate security incidents.
  • Conduct cybersecurity training, workshops, and guidance sessions.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to address security risks and perform analyses.
  • Develop and maintain an incident management log and reports.
  • Monitor and follow up on security improvements and developments.
  • Oversee the implementation of cybersecurity strategies and controls.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.

Experience & Language

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
  • Preferred: Master's Degree.
  • 2. Professional Certificate in relevant field.
  • Experience Required: Minimum 11 years.
  • Preferred: 4 years of experience.
  • English - proficient.
  • Arabic - proficient.

  • Team Collaboration: Mid and junior managers collaborate with their team members on projects, share information, and ensure effective execution of tasks.
  • Performance Check-ins: Managers conduct regular check-ins with their direct reports to provide feedback, discuss progress, and address any challenges or concerns.
  • Training and Development Programs: Mid and junior managers participate in training programs or organize workshops to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Departmental Meetings: Managers attend departmental meetings to share updates, discuss objectives, and align efforts within their specific area of responsibility.
