Role: Cybersecurity PMO Lead / Specialist

Nationality: Local Saudi Arabians - required by customer

Industry: ANS, ATS, ATM, aviation, airports, transport, or critical infrastructure

Purpose: Plan, govern, track, and report cybersecurity programs, compliance initiatives, and transformation projects

ROLE OVERVIEW

Manage the cybersecurity PMO function for regulatory compliance, governance, roadmap tracking, vendor coordination, and delivery assurance across mission-critical aviation environments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establish cybersecurity PMO governance, delivery controls, reporting cadence, and documentation standards.
• Manage project plans, milestones, budgets, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, actions, and decisions.
• Track NCA compliance initiatives, audit readiness, evidence collection, remediation actions, and closure reporting.
• Prepare executive dashboards, steering committee packs, KPIs, KRIs, and status reports.
• Coordinate cybersecurity delivery across IT, OT, operations, engineering, procurement, vendors, and regulatory stakeholders.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 7 to 10+ years in PMO, project management, technology governance, or cybersecurity program delivery.
• Experience managing cybersecurity compliance, transformation, remediation, infrastructure security, or GRC programs.
• Good understanding of Saudi NCA controls, ISO 27001, NIST, cyber risk, audit processes, and governance reporting.
• Strong planning, stakeholder management, documentation, dashboarding, escalation, and executive communication skills.
• Preferred certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-PgMP, ITIL, CISM, CRISC, or equivalent.

PREFERRED BACKGROUND

Experience supporting ANS, ATS, ATM, airports, aviation authorities, rail, metro, or critical infrastructure programs.

Familiarity with high-availability environments involving multiple vendors, regulators, acceptance gates, and operational risks.

Arabic and English communication skills, with Saudi Arabia or GCC regulated-sector experience highly desirable.
