The D365 CRM Solution Architect at Systems Ltd is responsible for designing and delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions tailored to business needs. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to define solution architectures, oversee implementations, and ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems. The ideal candidate should have 7–12 years of experience, expertise in D365 CRM, and fluency in Arabic to support regional clients effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and architecture of D365 CRM solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct business process analysis and recommend best practices for Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Field Service modules.
- Engage with Arabic-speaking clients to gather requirements, define solution roadmaps, and create functional design documents.
- Configure and customize D365 CRM modules to optimize business processes.
- Ensure seamless integration with third-party applications and enterprise systems.
- Guide functional consultants and development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder presentations in Arabic and English to drive user adoption.
- Oversee testing, deployment, and post-implementation support to ensure project success.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience: 7–12 years of experience in D365 CRM or Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementations.
Technical Skills:
- Expertise in D365 CRM modules (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of Power Platform, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
- Experience in solution design, customization, and configuration.
Soft Skills:
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to lead teams and drive successful implementations.
