Job Description

As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 functional consultant, consultant is responsible for implementing solutions that meet the business requirements of AIR Global and identifying potential process efficiencies and improvements that could be achieved by using Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work as part of structured ERP teams (4–8 members) on enterprise D365 F&O projects across Finance and SCM workstreams.
  • Lead requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solution design sessions with client finance and operations teams.
  • Configure and deliver core Finance modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash & Bank Management, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Cost Accounting, and Financial Reporting.
  • Configure SCM modules as required covering Procurement & Sourcing, Sales & Marketing, Product Information Management, and Inventory Management.
  • Design and configure Chart of Accounts, financial dimensions, posting profiles, and inter-company accounting structures.
  • Define and configure workflows for financial approvals, vendor invoicing, purchase orders, and journal entries.
  • Prepare and maintain project deliverables including Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Configuration Documents, Functional Design Documents (FDD), UAT scripts, Cut-over Plans, Training Materials, and Go-live Reports.
  • Support data migration activities using DIXF / Data Management Framework for master data and opening balances.
  • Collaborate with technical teams on customisation requirements, providing clear FDDs and functional specifications.
  • Conduct user training and actively support UAT cycles, resolving functional issues in a timely manner.
  • Support month-end and period-end close configuration and testing.
  • Utilise LCS (Lifecycle Services) and Agile methodology for structured project delivery.
  • Stay current with Microsoft release waves and assess impact on client environments.
