Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the Dammam Service Station, including the receipt and dispatch of goods, and warehouse management.
2. Ensures timely delivery of goods, coordinates interdepartmental collaboration, and enhances fulfilment efficiency.
3. Manages and guides team members, develops work plans and procedures, and improves team performance.
4. Oversee warehouse management, encompassing goods receipt and dispatch, inventory control, and loss prevention.
5. Analyze and resolve operational issues arising during logistics processes to guarantee seamless supply chain operations.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Logistics Management or Retail Operations Management.
2. Minimum 3 years experience in logistics operations and retail store management; candidates with team management experience preferred.
3. Thorough understanding of logistics operational procedures and relevant regulations, with strong problem-solving capabilities.
4. Excellent communication skills and teamwork ethos, with the ability to effectively coordinate interdepartmental collaboration.
5. Strong adaptability and capacity to maintain a positive work attitude in high-pressure environments.
6. English proficiency sufficient for workplace communication.
