Data & AI-Driven Decision Specialist

We are expanding our team for an exciting Large-scale Mixed‑Use Development project in North Africa and are looking to engage a highly skilled professional for the role of Data & AI-Driven Decision Specialist.

Qualifications and professional Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field – Mandatory
• Master's degree in Data Analytics / AI / Smart Systems – Preferred
• 10-12 years experience with strong experience in data-driven decision support within large-scale projects
• Data Analytics / AI Certifications – Mandatory / Preferred
• Power BI / Tableau / Data Visualization Tools – Mandatory
• Python / SQL – Preferred
• PMP – Advantage
• Strong experience in data analytics, dashboards, and AI-driven insights
• Experience supporting project/program decision-making (not just reporting)
• Ability to integrate data from multiple systems (cost, schedule, BIM, IoT)
• Preferably worked with reputable PMC/Consultants or international firms
• Experience in large-scale / smart / infrastructure projects is preferred
• Strong communication skills to translate data into actionable insights
