Data & AI Solutions & Delivery Lead

Job Purpose

We are seeking an experienced Data & AI Solutions & Delivery Lead to lead the successful delivery of enterprise Data, Analytics and AI initiatives, from solution shaping and planning through implementation and operationalization.

The role requires a strong combination of Data & AI technical understanding, delivery leadership, executive stakeholder management and commercial acumen. The successful candidate will have sufficient technical depth to understand solution architectures, challenge delivery approaches, identify risks and dependencies, and ensure that technical teams and partners deliver solutions that meet business requirements.

The role will work closely with customers, senior executives, solution architects, data and AI engineering teams, vendors and internal stakeholders to translate business priorities into executable initiatives and ensure successful outcomes.

The role will also contribute to business development and growth, identifying additional Data & AI opportunities within customer engagements, supporting solution development and proposals, and helping shape new strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in data science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Technology or a related discipline.
• Relevant certifications across Data, AI, Cloud or enterprise technologies are advantageous.
• Strong understanding of modern Data & AI technologies, architectures and delivery approaches
  
  

Experience

• 10-15 years of experience across technology consulting, Data & AI, solution delivery, digital transformation or enterprise technology environments.
• Significant experience delivering complex Data, Analytics and AI solutions in enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated ability to oversee technical delivery without necessarily being the hands-on solution architect or engineering lead.
• Strong understanding of enterprise Data & AI architecture and technologies, including data platforms, analytics, Machine Learning, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG and AI Agents.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, OCI or GCP.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams including architects, data engineers, AI/ML engineers, developers, business teams and technology partners.
• Proven experience managing senior and CXO-level stakeholders.
• Experience translating complex technical topics into business outcomes and executive-level recommendations.
• Experience supporting business development, solution shaping, proposals or pre-sales activities.
• Experience identifying and developing additional opportunities within existing customer relationships.
• Experience working in large enterprise, government, public sector or regulated environments is desirable.

• Strong understanding of enterprise data platforms, cloud architecture, integrations, APIs and AI/ML lifecycle concepts.
