About The Role
We're looking for a
Head of Data & Analytics Strategy to shape the agency's data vision translating analytics into actionable growth strategies for clients. You'll lead the use of data as a creative and strategic asset across all marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of advanced analytics frameworks.
- Drive the integration of data strategy into media planning and performance measurement.
- Partner with client teams to identify business opportunities through data insights.
- Oversee dashboards, predictive models, and attribution frameworks.
- Collaborate with data engineering and tech teams to enable scalable solutions.
- Mentor analysts and strategists to elevate the agency's data literacy.
Requirements
- 1215 years of experience in data strategy, analytics, or marketing science.
- Proven success translating data into strategic narratives and business outcomes.
- Strong understanding of media measurement, econometrics, and digital analytics tools.
- Experience leading analytics teams within agencies or consultancies.
- Excellent stakeholder management, visualization, and communication skills.
