Job Description

Position Objective:

  • Own and manage the project data pipeline and reporting framework, ensuring that survey outputs are complete, consistent, and of high quality.
  • Lead the reconciliation process between physical survey findings and system records to minimize discrepancies and rework, enabling an accurate, auditable asset inventory across multiple data centers.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

  • Consolidate, evaluate, and manage daily and weekly survey datasets received from field teams; enforce data standards, mandatory fields, and formatting consistency.
  • Perform structured data quality control (QC) checks, including completeness validation, duplicate detection, invalid formats and missing identifiers, inconsistent location codes, logical outliers and anomalies
  • Validate asset and location logic using data center operational concepts to detect survey inconsistencies early.
  • Own and manage the reconciliation workflow between physical survey findings and system records, identify and classify discrepancies, define remediation actions and responsible owners, prepare controlled update batches and maintain full audit trails and change traceability
  • Produce structured project reporting, including daily progress summaries, weekly dashboards, site completion tracking, discrepancy aging analysis, KPI tracking reports
  • Prepare final deliverable datasets and controlled reporting packages in accordance with project governance requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with the Asset SME & Lead and Field Survey team to resolve discrepancies efficiently.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by refining templates, validation rules, and automation processes to reduce manual errors and improve efficiency.
  • Ensure strict data confidentiality and compliance with client information security policies.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • 37+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, reconciliation, or audit roles supporting IT infrastructure, data center operations, or asset management programs.
  • Practical knowledge of data center environments sufficient to validate asset identification and location logic.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory); experience with Power Query, SQL, or Python is a strong advantage.
  • Proven experience in data cleaning, structured reconciliation processes, and database-driven environments.
  • Strong documentation discipline and familiarity with controlled change management and governance practices.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory.
