Position: Data Analyst & CRM Operations Specialist

Role OverviewThis role ensures the integrity, visibility, and intelligence of EGC's sales and marketing ecosystem. The analyst will manage CRM data health, build Power BI dashboards, generate insights, and support decision-making through performance metrics and predictive insights.
You will work cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, and Management, translating CRM and campaign data into accurate reporting and system improvements.
Key ResponsibilitiesCRM Operations- Monitor lead attribution, distribution, and follow-up compliance.
- Identify CRM gaps and discrepancies; enforce process discipline.
- Manage views, statuses, automations, and pipeline structure.
Data Modeling & Reporting- Build and maintain dashboards in Power BI.
- Create SQL queries for segmentation, trends, forecasting, and quality checks.
- Weekly and monthly KPI reporting for Sales and Management.
- Analyze lead-to-sale funnel performance and conversion bottlenecks.
Data Quality & Governance- Regular audits to eliminate duplicates and incorrect mappings.
- Improve naming conventions, field structures, data consistency.
Cross-Functional Support- Support Marketing on attribution and campaign ROI visibility.
- Support Sales with productivity metrics and follow-up tracking.
- Work with Automation Engineer for scoring models and workflow logic.
Requirements- Strong SQL knowledge (non-negotiable).
- Power BI or Tableau or Looker Studio dashboard experience.
- CRM experience (Bitrix preferred; Zoho/HubSpot acceptable).
- Strong analytical and data modeling capabilities.
- Understanding of marketing metrics, CPL, attribution, and sales pipeline stages.
