We are looking for talented Data analyst to Analyze business data and develop accurate dashboards and reports that deliver actionable, data-driven insights to support stakeholder decision-making.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track business performance and KPIs.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Translate analytical findings into clear, data-driven recommendations for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business teams to understand reporting and analysis needs.
- Deliver regular and ad-hoc reports to support decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across dashboards and reports.
REQUIREMENTS- Bachelor degree in computer science, information system or related field
- 12 years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Background in fintech or e-commerce is highly preferred.
- Experience using dashboarding tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Strong understanding of business metrics and KPIs.
- Ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear way.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of SQL or data analysis tools.
- Experience working in data-driven, fast-paced environments.
