About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support service assurance through data collection, analysis, and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and analyze operational and service-quality data from various sources.

Monitor KPIs and service performance metrics to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.

Develop insightful dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making.

Collaborate with technical and field teams to validate findings and recommend corrective actions.

Support performance improvement initiatives through in-depth analysis and structured reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.

Required Experience

5+ years of experience (Non-Saudis)

3+ years of experience (Saudis)

Preferred Skills

Strong experience with data analysis, visualization, and performance reporting.

Proficiency in analytical tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL).

Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Attention to detail and a proactive approach to improving operational processes.
