The position is responsible for designing and maintaining robust data pipelines, ensuring data integrity, and delivering statistical models that inform strategic decisions across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regression analysis on historical project data to identify trends and cost drivers.
• Analyze productivity and materials data to enhance estimation accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain automated dashboards in Power BI/Tableau, providing real-time project KPIs to stakeholders.
• Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical teams.
• Identify quality improvement opportunities through data-driven analysis, supporting informed vendor management and training initiatives.

Candidate Profile

• National (Family Book required).
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
• 35 years of experience in a data analytics or business intelligence role within a reputable organization.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, MS Office, and data modeling concepts.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities, with a proven track record of delivering insights to diverse audiences.
