MedNet Egypt is one of the leading managed care service organizations that caters to healthcare needs. We are looking for a skilled ETL Data Analyst who will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining robust data pipelines that support claims processing, financial reporting, regulatory submissions, provider analytics, and operational dashboards across the TPA ecosystem.
Your Job
- Ensure timely refreshed dashboards are available to stakeholders as expected in terms of accuracy and integrity
- In cooperation with the senior data analyst, delivering the expected enhancement of the existing dashboards as planned and discussed with the stakeholders
- Propose new enhancements of the existing dashboards that facilitate the required information to the stakeholders, e.g. new charts, logics, etc.
- Enhance existing dashboards based on received feedback, based on agreed planning, timelines, etc.
- Support operations in providing the necessary outcomes/details for their presentations and KPIs monitoring
- Document the operational processes as applicable and ensure that any changes are reflected in the dashboards as applicable
- Consolidate all data available into one center and identify all relationships as applicable
- Develop triggering reports that assist other stakeholders in reviewing their processes for any updates if any.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics/applied statistics, finance or demonstrated relevant work experience
- +1 year experience in reporting or resource planning functions, in a customer-focused and performance-driven organisation.
- Advanced Excel/VBA and analytical skills. Experience in using query languages such as SQL
- Advanced skills in analytical tools such as Oracle Cloud BI, Power BI, etc.
- Good command of English
- Team player and integrity. Self-starter with growth mindset and make it happen attitude
- Creativity and problem-solving skills.
- Project management experience is preferable.
- Previous experience in business intelligence consultancy and/or BPO industry is a plus
