3anuta Microfinance is looking for a talented and motivated Data Analyst to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
- Analyze data and prepare regular reports.
- Track and analyze KPIs and performance indicators.
- Create interactive dashboards and reports.
- Ensure data accuracy and quality.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with different departments to provide the required reports and analysis.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Previous experience in Data Analysis is required.
- Experience in Microfinance Companies is highly preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Good knowledge of Power BI; SQL knowledge is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle large datasets.
