Data Analyst

Kids First Group (KFG) is the leading group in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Doha for providing premium early years education and childcare. Founded in 2011, we have 35 nursery schools. We stand unique from other group nurseries, as each of our Kids First Group nurseries specializes in and is passionate about their own exclusive curriculum and pedagogical approach: spanning a choice from the Early Years Foundation Stage (British EYFS), Montessori Method, and Reggio Emilia Approach, to name a few.

Job Purpose

The Data Analyst will support KFG's leadership teams by analyzing data across operations, marketing, finance, and HR to provide clear insights that support effective decision-making across KFG nurseries.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze data from enrollment, occupancy, fees, marketing, HR, and finance systems.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies and present clear insights to stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI / Excel.
• Support senior management with regular performance reports and ad-hoc analysis.
• Work with Marketing, Operations, HR, and Finance teams to answer business questions using data.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and clarity in reporting.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, IT, or related field.
• 25 years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar role.
• Strong skills in Excel and Power BI; working knowledge of SQL and/or Python preferred.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and present insights clearly.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in education, retail, healthcare, or multi-site operations is an advantage.
• Experience working with KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting.
