Data Analyst (Logistics Delivery Operations)

Job Requirements

• Partner with stakeholders to define metrics, build measurement frameworks, and ensure data quality and consistency
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports tracking core delivery metrics (ATA, on-time rate, courier efficiency, cancellation rate, etc.)
• Conduct in-depth analysis on supply-demand dynamics, order fulfillment patterns, and courier behavior to support strategic decisions
• Support the design and evaluation of operational experiments (A/B tests, policy changes, subsidy programs)
• Collaborate with strategy and operations teams to identify root causes of metric anomalies and provide data-backed recommendations

Job Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in logistics, on-demand delivery, or local services
• Proficient in SQL; experience with Python or R for data processing and analysis
• Hands-on experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of delivery / last-mile logistics operations and fulfillment processes
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Ability to communicate data findings clearly to non-technical stakeholder
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
