Data Analyst (Power BI & Dynamics 365) | Entry-Level, Remote

Our mission is to modernize the finance function for businesses in Qatar, transforming traditional accounting into data-driven insights. In this role, you won't just be crunching numbers; you'll be enabling smarter, faster decisions for our clients. This is a unique opportunity to gain real-world CFO exposure from day one.
What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain impactful Power BI dashboards and reports using data from Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Support our CFO advisors by preparing critical financial reports, including P&L, cash flow analysis, KPIs, and budget vs. actuals.
- Clean, transform, and model data to ensure accuracy and reliability for all reporting.
- Collaborate with a small, hands-on team of senior finance professionals and accountants.
- Document reports, metrics, and processes to maintain clarity and consistency.
Who We're Looking For:
- A recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, IT, Data, or a related field.
- Fundamental understanding of Power BI (building reports, visuals, basic data modeling).
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel.
- A solid grasp of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
- A curious, analytical, and problem-solving mindset with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance/Business Central) or a similar ERP system is a plus.
