About the role

Our Data Science team solves complex problems with smart, practical solutions. Data Scientists and Analysts work directly with product teams to uncover insights, guide decisions, and improve how customers experience Revolut. They do this by delivering scalable solutions that move the business forward.

We're looking for Graduate Data Scientists and Analysts who are analytical, curious, and ready to deliver impact with data.

The Rev-celerator Graduate Programme is open to international applicants willing to relocate to one of our tech hubs in Poland, Portugal, Spain, the UK, or the UAE. We'll support you with visa assistance, travel costs, and your first month of accommodation (conditions apply).

What you'll be doing

• Building analytical tools and machine learning models (like dashboards and ETLs) to support product launches
• Improving visibility in user sign-up flows and operational funnels
• Enhancing and maintaining data infrastructure, including ETLs and LookML, to make data accessible and reliable
• Collaborating with teams across Operations, Growth, and Product to refine features and uncover insights
• Supporting decision-making with ad-hoc analysis (e.g., incentive profitability, conversion rates, interest rate sensitivity)
• Sharing progress with global teams and learning from senior leaders
• Managing tasks, tracking progress, and delivering outcomes
• Receiving regular feedback to support your development

What you'll need

• A predicted or achieved 2:1 (or equivalent grade) in computer science, maths, physics, or a related field
• To have graduated university in 2024, 2025, or 2026
• Impressive Python and SQL skills
• An interest or experience in analytics engineering, product analytics, data science, or ML engineering
• A solid foundation in maths and statistics
• An interest in analytics engineering, product analytics, data science, or ML engineering
• Great problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
• Fluency in English and excellent communication skills
• Full-time availability from September 2026 and the ability to travel to a local Revolut office (this is a hybrid role)
