Data Analyst
We are looking for a Data Analyst with a minimum of 2 years of experience in data analytics. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SQL, Excel/Gsheets, Python, and a solid understanding of root cause analysis (RCA), KPIs/metrics, and statistical modeling. The role requires a deep understanding of statistics and probability, along with effective communication skills to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations. Experience in thefintech domain is a plus.
Experience: 3-5 Years
Qualification: B.E/B.TECH (Computer Science/IT) or MS-IT College degree
from an accredited institution; Domain Related Qualifications preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analytics, with a strong focus on SQL,Excel/Gsheets, and Python.
- Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and statistical modeling techniques.
- Proven experience with root cause analysis (RCA) and developing KPIs/metrics.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in the fintech domain is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and creating visualizations in Excel.
- Good knowledge of Pandas and NumPy.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Excel/Gsheets, and Python to extract meaningful insights.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) to identify issues and provide data-driven solutions.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess business performance.
- Build and validate statistical models to support data-driven decision-making.
- Interpret and communicate complex data findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver analytical solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and the fintech domain.
