Your Mission
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to support the TR team in its daily operations. This role involves updating and analyzing data, as well as providing coordination and assistance in various administrative tasks. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing reports, tracking purchase orders (POs), following up on invoices and payments, and assisting with product listings and orders.
Your Impact
- Prepare, update, and maintain reports as required by the TR team, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Create purchase orders (POs) and closely track invoices, following up as needed to ensure smooth processing and approval.
- Monitor and manage payment processes, ensuring all deadlines are met and any discrepancies are resolved promptly.
- Manage and update listings of new products and novelties, ensuring information is accurate and aligned with launches.
- Process and reconcile orders, including tester orders for Avolta, ensuring correct quantities and documentation.
- Support e-commerce operations and assist with social media initiatives, contributing to overall digital and commercial activities.

Your Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative or coordination roles, preferably within a team setting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and social media management.
- Familiarity with purchase order systems and invoice tracking.
- Basic understanding of financial processes such as payments and budgeting.
- Experience with data analysis tools or software (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel advanced features).
- Previous experience in a similar role within the retail or fashion industry.
- Knowledge of Avolta order management systems is a plus.
