EPAM is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analyst to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for data analysis, visualization and reporting to support business decision-making. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver actionable insights using Spotfire and other analytical tools.
Responsibilities
- Develop, design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tibco Spotfire
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns and actionable insights
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into analytical solutions
- Perform data extraction, transformation and loading (ETL) from various sources
- Ensure data quality, integrity and consistency across reports and dashboards
- Automate recurring reports and processes to improve efficiency
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Stay updated with the latest Spotfire features and best practices
Requirements
- Min 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Tibco Spotfire for data visualization and analytics
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation and analysis
- Experience with data modeling, ETL processes and integrating multiple data sources
- Solid understanding of data visualization best practices and dashboard design principles
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
- Fluency in English
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics or a related field
Nice to have
- Experience with other BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)
- Knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics and scripting within Spotfire
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Understanding of statistical analysis and predictive modeling
- Exposure to Agile methodologies and project management tools
